Microsoft Inclusive Design
Microsoft's site houses a wealth of information and resources on inclusive design. We particularly like their principles and toolkit and easy to use resources to get your team started.
Inclusive Design Research Centre
Started in the 1990s, the Inclusive Design Research Centre sets out to be a community of developers, designers and researchers focussed on inclusive design. They provide lots of resources to use as well as organising conferences and events for the community.

Good Services: How to Design Services That Work
Service design is a rapidly growing area of interest in design and business management. There are a lot of books on how to get started, but this is the first book that describes what a 'good' service is and how to design one. This book lays out the essential principles for building services that work well for users. Demystifying what we mean by a 'good' and 'bad' service and describing the common elements within all services that mean they either work for users or don't.
Mismatch: How Inclusion Shapes Design
In Mismatch, Kat Holmes describes how design can lead to exclusion, and how design can also remedy exclusion. Inclusive design methods--designing objects with rather than for excluded users--can create elegant solutions that work well and benefit all.
