Aleks has headed up design teams at top UX and product design agencies such as Foolproof, ORM, , BIO, Radley Yeldar, Poke and Inviqa before founding Cosmic. She’s driven by a passion for helping people and businesses create truly inclusive experiences.

Stephen has led UX, research and strategy projects for London Fashion Week, BSI, Public Health England and Molton Brown among many other well-known UK brands. He loves teaching and skills development, and has created and taught many training courses.

Kirsten has led the design and product team at Sociability and delivered impactful UX and research projects for Avanti West Coast, Pearson, and BSI. She loves systems and operations, and strives to create a working environment that empowers her team to excel and deliver their best work.

Stuart has spent years designing digital services in healthcare and education, with a particular interest in complex systems. His work with NHS Digital, Tesco (Enterprise) and various universities focuses on making tricky processes feel simple. He enjoys digging into user behaviour data and using those insights to design better experiences.

Francesca has worked across a broad range of clients including the V&A, Oxfam, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Public Health England. Driven by a passion for crafting holistic digital experiences, she specialises in creating designs that are not only visually striking but also accessible and tailored to the needs of their users.

James brings a practical approach to design challenges, specialising in running workshops that get everyone involved in the design process. He's particularly good at end to end product design, from mindful research to good UI. He enjoys creating tools and frameworks that help teams work better together and make technology more accessible.
